I have been in the industry since 2006. I specialize in color, color corrections and I also love doing bridal parties! I love being able to bring out my clients natural features with color and haircuts! Making my clients smile is the best part of my job! Outside of the salon you can find me spending time with my husband and our baby boy! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order for me to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my customers , I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior, 20% of your service fee will Be charged as a cancellation fee and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
SERVICE REDO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
My goal is to make and keep all my customers happy. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
